Terms of Use

This is an early B2B launch version. Paid checkout is not active yet. Terms should be reviewed again before accepting payments.

1. Business users only

Ghost is currently offered for business and professional use. By using the scanner, you represent that you are acting for business purposes and are authorized to analyze the data you select.

2. Nature of the service

Ghost provides software-assisted analysis and prioritization of sales-pipeline data. Scores, flags and pipeline values are decision-support outputs. They are not guarantees of sales, revenue, conversion, collectability or customer intent.

3. Local file processing

The launch scanner is designed to process selected CSV contents locally in the browser. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of the data and your device is lawful and secure.

4. No automatic customer outreach in launch scanner

The current scanner does not automatically contact leads, customers or prospects. Any later outreach or recovery feature will be subject to separate configuration, permissions and compliance requirements.

5. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, for verifying Ghost outputs before acting on them, and for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, communications and consumer-protection laws when contacting any person.

6. Intellectual property

The Ghost website, scoring logic, interface, branding and related materials are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Your underlying business data remains yours.

7. Availability and changes

This is an early launch version. Features may change, be suspended or be withdrawn. We may correct scoring logic and thresholds as the product develops.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ghost does not accept liability for business decisions made solely on automated scores or for indirect or consequential losses. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. A final liability clause should be tailored to the operator's legal form and target jurisdictions before paid launch.
